Affordable psychotherapy in Bath & Frome

AFFORDABLE PSYCHOTHERAPY IN Bath & FROME
My Approach
My therapeutic practice values deep understanding, curiosity, creativity and care. I aim to work collaboratively with you to explore whatever brings you to therapy and to find ways to bring meaning to your current experience, looking at your past as well as your present.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, held on a weekly basis at the same time each week. We can agree to work together on an open-ended basis which we can review as we go or agree a set number of sessions upfront.

I believe the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important aspects of therapy, so an exploratory session can be a good opportunity to see whether I'm the right person for you to work with at this time.

Some of the issues that I have had experience of working with: life transitions and change including student stress/ anxiety, loss, grief, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, difficult childhood experiences, chronic illness, depression, loneliness, identity issues, feeling different.

Please note: I have sessions available in Bath from September at present. If you are looking for a Frome-based therapist, I would recommend contacting BCPC's Referral Service who can connect you with other therapists offering affordable therapy.
About Me
